Wow, just read on Puckrakers and the Columbus Dispatch, we only get that draft pick for the Modin trade "if" the Kings win the cup...I really can't believe they made that trade.  I mean it could happen, but there is a chance we could get nothing for him.  I mean getting a pack of gum in trade for him would have been better than that deal.

Sad to say but that could have been the best deal possible, who wants a 35 year old injury prone player.Besides its not what a call a bad trade but more of a necessary evil trade for salary dump reasons.

I have no problem with that trade, as we all know he is useless to us. Also I am now a Kings fan for the remainder of the year, I think they have a good chance of winning the cup.

They have talent I'll say that, I hope they win it too, it's been a long time coming for them, they haven't even made the playoffs since '02.

I agree that he was useless to us, but it still stung that he scored on us last night, but it was inevitible, there weren't many that weren't in the net last night
