Apparently winning is in style now, too bad it wasn't in style the first 3/4 of the season.

Garon has played well the past 2 games, and Dorsett has continued his good play with the assist on the huseless goal.

Winning is nice, let's just not make it regular.

Great game.  I was in section 106 last night.  That last period was a scary one, and then after Atlanta got that goal, everyone was on the edge of there seats.  Little tidbits-

-the glass in front of me, was pushed in towards the crowd for most of the middle of half of the 1st period.  The guy at glass level actually had his hand on the other side of the glass trying to get the attention of the ref (#5).  Ref yelled to him to shut up and skated off down the ice.  We couldn't get his attention to stop play so they could repair things.  Some of the ushers and 'Wide workers came down and where trying to hold the glass up incase someone hit the glass so it didn't come into the crowd.  Finally after about 8-9 minutes, they finally stopped play and they came out to fix it during a commerical break.

-One of my friends I was watching the game with won the "text to win" and won an autographed Umberger jersey.  And I am the one that told him to send the text.

Oh and AARP called Chelios, it is time to retire LOL

I wouldn't go that far to say we are playing better without Nash.  I don't think we have played that good, but at least good enough to win the last couple games.  You can tell the team is out there without leadership.  I think you are seeing action from other guys because they have to do something since Nash isn't out there.  The thing I didn't like about last night was our 28 shots on goal.  I think the score would have been much higher if more players would just pull the trigger and shoot the puck.  We did it againist the Ducks and then we went back to trying to make some fancy stuff.  Sure it paid off on our second goal, but that goal should have been our 4 or 5 goal last night.
