Hands down the best summary and truthful opinion of the problems this franchise is in.  Sometimes the truth hurts, I just PRAY that McConnell reads this and realizes he has an answer within Craig Patrick and gives him the reigns to reorganize this organization.  If not Craig Patrick, then definitely someone with the knowledge and credentials as Craig to be our new President and bring in a willing and capable staff to put this sinking ship in better waters.
