Honestly, it was Howson's comments about the incident that irk me the most. Along the lines of "our team sucks, we're out of the playoffs so it doesn't matter for us, but for other teams in the race it may mean something"

Your job right now is to fix this F#%&^*$ piss poor excuse of a hockey team by means of trade, followed by the draft, followed by free agency...no where in your job description do I read "Give a shit about the rest of the Western Conference", because right now, we might as well be qualified as pee-wee.
