Like many other teams in the building process Columbus has multiple notable prospects playing everywhere in the world. Here's my Top 5 - The ones that might make a difference

1) Vakub Voracek
2) Derick Brassard
3) Steve Mason
4) Kris Russell (who's been playing for them on a regular basis as of late)
5) Stefan Legein

Vakub Voracek is a NHL superstar assists leader in the making. Since moving over to Halifax to play with the Mooseheads in the Quebec league he has dominated. This year he scored 25 goals but managed a league leading 55 assists for 80 points in only 39 games!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :o THATS SICK. (Next year I might just find a Voracek #20 jersey hanging in my closet along side 61)

I'll leave the other 4 players to be commented on my my fellow hockey and bluejackets fans.

We have quite a few great young prospects.  McClean did at least do that.

Steve Mason may not see much time for a while with LeClaire only being 25 and good.

Stefan Legein seems to be a good speed guy but it seems he is a little smaller (could be me???).  Plus I'm a small guy so I can say that.

Legein could be a Darcy Tucker/Theo Fleury style of player for us but yeah he's too small

History

2006-07: Beyond solid offensive play (43 goals in 64 game) and speed, Legein brings a certain feistiness to his game. This year marked his second consecutive year with over 100 penalty minutes to his name.

Talent Analysis
Blessed with blazing speed, the Oakville, ON native plays a game tailor-made for the new, less restrictive NHL. His work ethic and dedication to improving his game have been lauded by coaches, teammates, and scouts alike.

Speaking of future NHLers, Pic has had 7 goals in the last 2 games down in the 'Cuse!
(Hatty one night, 4 goals the next!) 2 thumbs up
