Coming into this season I was expecting great things from the Jackets but they just can win consistently. Even with Pascal Leclaire having a breakout year (of sorts) the Jackets scoring has even further decreased. WTF! As of this point only 3 jackets have scored more than 10 goals, you guessed it, an NHL worst.

Maybe this year isn't over yet, maybe theres still hope.

What do you guys think?  ???

And just a suggestion.. The jackets are looking for a top line center... Olli Jokinen (HE'S AMAZING)

There is still hope but they have to start scoring more as you indicated.  The dispatch was writing about how concerned Hitch was about the lack of scoring.

We have a chance for the playoffs but we have to get much more consistent.

Yeah I guess I shouldn't call it quits yet. That win vs Detroit was big (5-1) too bad they followed it up with a 5-1 loss vs St. Louis. I think the upcoming games vs Ottawa and Montreal will test Columbus' strength. The problem i foresee is having to face the best team in the NHL 5 times before the playoffs.

I Wish/Hope/Pray that they can make it. Hitchcock has NEVER coached a team for all 82 games and not made it to the playoffs, hopefully this doesnt change.

Let's hope that streak doesn't change.   Be nice to actually make the playoffs this year.

This has been such an up and down year.  We go in and spank the best team in the league (detroit) and then we lay down to teams like st louis and toronto.   i believe that there are guys on this team who do not understand how close this team is to making the playoffs.  i need to see a little more out of this team but i am affraid that our chance is slipping away this year.
