typical CBJ hockey, can't hold a one goal lead and loose it in the final minute

God -- I hope that isn't really the word 'TYPICAL' because Stanley Cup winners HOLD their leads.

these past 2 games and even the one vs jersey i dont think weve played our game much at all...

theyve gotten away from checking and keeping shots from in tight ... when we were rolling along and MASE was stopping everything shots came from outside and we hit everything that moved... and we didnt make poor choices with the puck ( clearing our zone ) ...

backman is horrible... i hope he and his contract are gone or stay in the press box the rest of the way... id much rather have OKT in there at least he can hit and play with an edge...

i really hope they ease off on playing MASE its pretty obvious that hes gettin burned out... and OVER USED... give dubie some ice time... i know MASE is a kid still but if we lose him to over use were screwed bigtime...

and someone please check HEMSKY...jesus christ... why and how is it humanly possible to shut down OVECHKIN for no points in 2 games but HEMSKY smokes us EVERYTIME... i know hes a very good player... but CMON... no one even came CLOSE to the guy... its like he was wearing a no contact practice jersey

i hope hitch gets thier attention... its games like that last night that will keep us on the outiside looking in again...
