so one of two things happens now, either Leclaire goes to Ottawa and becomes their franchise goalie/ hall-of-famer, or he starts 32 games over the course of the next 5 years, being chronically hurt for the duration of his career.

Hilarious! I just watched the video on TSN "Problem Solved?" they state it is a great deal for both teams. And they also state that Howson's not done yet! GO GET 'EM SCOTTY!!!!!!!!!! |

first thought is why the second rounder? after thinking about it scotty probably threw it in before the trade talk hits overdrive...and someone came along with a better deal...so for those who think scotty doesn't have the balls to make deals...look at this one and remember the benedict arnold trade for two picks.....scotty is da man !!!!

Leclaire was on TSN (phone interview) and he sounds very happy to be moving onto Ottawa, so good for him. He will do well in Ottawa and he's closer to home so he's very excited.
