Just in, Brassard was not cleared.

No word yet when he'll see the doctor again or when he'll be available.

puck rakers is good enough source for me. if you're not ready, you're not ready, simple as that. No reason to put him out there if there is risk of another injury.

Well that sucks to hear we won't see brass in the playoffs.  It would have been a nice little addition to the team to have him back.  Oh well, next year will be his!   Carry the Flag

yeah its ok, would have been nice if we could add another healthy weapon to the mix. But we played most of the season without him and this will guarantee that he is fully recovered and healthy for next season!

f me running... damn that does hurt our chances.... but i still think we can beat detroit in this series even without brass....

i am in the camp that modin , huse are healthy and will play... rusty too...

i have a sneaking feeling that filatov might get to play.... be sweet he might be the spark on the PP

I can't wait to have Brassard to begin next year.  He's going to really add some offensive spark.  However, I'm not all that gung ho about adding Filatov or Brassard to the playoff roster as neither has played with the big club for quite a long time.  I think you gotta "dance with who brung ya", as Sam Snead use to say, and hope that the players who were most responsible for us getting to this point can take us to the next level.

Go Jackets!

He'll probably be available for round 2.
