Final game against the Predators tonight.  A win tonight goes a long way to locking up our playoff spot.

The team should be rested and Chimera could be playing tonight!

The odds are stacked against us!  We just don't get out of the gate well, and I fear that if we start slow and allow them to score first, it could be a long night.  We are well rested, they aren't, we have all our players, they don't, so if we show up we can win.

I think Hitch should make them skate 40 minutes prior to the game start.  We always seem to be kick ass in the 3rd, and maybe they would think it was the last period when the game starts  ROFL

I think we'll win our first game in the Sommet in 11 tries tonight, but it won't come easy. I think we'll need good d tonight and we wont be able to let them have an inch. 3-2 CBJ in a SO. Chimmer nets the only SO goal, I hope! 2 thumbs up

a win tonight would put us 6 points up on 9th place Nashville... and they would have 3 games remaining. this would make it impossible for them to catch us because we have the tiebreakers locked with a win tonight. The win tonight would also put us just a point from eliminating Minnesota and Clinching the spot!!!

Should be a tough game, the sexual predators need a win even more than we do, they are at home, and we haven't played a game since the 4th. I'm assuming Mason is in net which is a good thing, I actually think it will be like last game and we will outshoot them by over 10 shots, hopefully more shots go in.

yeah... they are a desperate team right now. lots of things in our favor (preds injuries, they played last night) but we seem to struggle after longer layoffs and they REALLY need the win. (not that we dont, but they need it worse!)

i'm excited and ready to go.  wish the game was now!!

few pieces of news for tonight, some good some not.

first the bad news...
Jason Arnott is back in the lineup tonight for the Preds. he is a big part of their team and that cant be a good thing to see him back out there

Now the good news...
Chimmer will be playing tonight!!  big grin  He is gonna start out on the 4th line with Novotny and Jake.  sounds like an ok line as long as novotny doesnt suck.  (well nevermind.... ROFL)
