I couldn't figure why our guys didn't put some moves on Rinne. It just seemed pointless to give up so easily. That's just me talking out loud, but it seemed from what I saw that our 3 were satisfied with the one point. You'r not just going to walk in on Rinne or Mase and throw the puck on goal and expect it to go in, it just doesn't work like that.

Nash had a good move on the first shot, it just hit the bar.

I know, I was just frustrated, esp. with the 2nd 2 guys. Novotny shouldn't have been out there in the 1st place and Williams just looked like he didn't really give a s***! Either way, we've got the Hawks waiting back at the NWA 4 us! GO JACKETS! Talk to you guys tomorrow

i would not have picked Novotny... but obviously Hitch knows something that we don't in that department. We dont see them practice it every day... i dont know

To say the guys didnt want it isnt right...  just because they tried to shoot not deke doesnt mean they didnt want it.

Nash's shot went off the crossbar and bounced straight down and bounced on the line...  ohhhh man.  SO close!!!

like i said, it was a good game and we got 3 out of a possible 4 from Nashville. every point gets us closer to locking that spot down. let do it soon!!!

I am late to this one!  Was at a buddies bachelor party until 9:00, and got home to see us up 2-1.  I was a little excited, but all for not.  I don't know why in the hell Hitch had NOvotny out there on the shootout, I don't care if he did score a goal earlier.  Why in the world don't we see more Voracek, come on, he is a +10, that means things happen when he is out there.

A lot of blame to go around tonite!  First off, we have a glaring need at D.  I am not just talking about puck moving D, just flat out hard skating defensive players.  Commy, Methot, and even Tuytin have not stepped up over the last month.  They are always two strides behind or on replay they are just straight legged and watching.  We will need to look at a couple moves on the D line this offseason.  Secondly, we didn't look like we wanted to be there and are pushing for the playoffs.  No attitude, very little hitting, and I blame Hitch as well for that.  To much DOWN time on the days off!

Overall, I am happy with getting the point, it could have been worse.  And, I am not surprised, I projected this on Monday.  3 pts for us and 2 for them, now we move on!

Sorry I missed out on all the fun!

Nashers attempt as super close, u can't shoot a puck much harder than that! I wasn't happy to see NO!votny shoot but his attempt was good, Williams shot was straight up pathetic, I've seen 3 year olds with a shot like that. As for Mase I was ripping him hard at the start of the game but he played an excellent second half and got us a important pt
