One game left... we need 1 pt to clinch 6th. Filatov can play once more without hurting the contract status. Do we play him tomorrow against the Wild??

Yes, I want to see another hat trick ...I have seen all his goals this year. I might be a good luck charm for him... big grin

Unfortunately, i don't think Harding will be starting tomorrow in such a big game, but you never know, backs could go cold.

let's hope so... let's hope we all are.

My thoughts are, Does Filatov give CBJ a better chance of catching fire, going deep in the playoffs and winning a Stanley Cup?  If so, play him.

I say we play him vs the Wild regardless if he plays in the postseason.  Give the fans a real treat tomorrow night!

All the reasons point to yes.  Previous success against the Wild.  He didn't play tonight (or lately), so his legs should be really good, and he can take advantage against the tired Wild.  This is a semi-pressure filled/important game, so it can help in the future for next year by getting him experience in a game like this.  And also, it doesn't put him over his contract limit.  So, really, why not?

Maybe he should have played after all, at least someone would have played a full 60.
