I know Picard must be bummed, but we DO have a glut of wingers and he HAS had time to prove himself in the past.

I am glad that Picard has cleared waivers and will be staying with us for another season.  He knows that if anyone has an injury, he is going to be one of the first ones they bring up.  He will get his time  Carry the Flag
